How we work.

Services

BLYN provides video editing for real estate videographers, agents and studios. Packages, add-ons and prices are listed on the rate card. Projects that go beyond those formats are quoted individually.

Ordering and footage

Send your raw footage as a download link (for example Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer) with a short brief: style, music preferences, format (9:16 or 16:9) and any branding. Turnaround starts when I have complete, accessible footage and the brief. If something is missing, I will ask, and the clock pauses until it arrives.

Right to decline projects

I reserve the right to decline any order or project, including partnership plans of 20 or more videos a month.

Turnaround

• Videos up to 90 seconds: 24-48 hours.
• Longer films: timeline confirmed before work starts.
• Rush delivery (under 24 hours): +15% of the base price, subject to availability and confirmed before work starts.
• Free first edit: delivered within 5 days.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included. A round means one consolidated list of changes, sent together. Changes that need new footage, a new concept or a different structure count as new work and are quoted separately. Additional rounds are quoted before work begins.

Pricing and additional fees

Prices are in USD and exclude taxes.

I reserve the right to add small additional fees when a project requires work beyond the agreed package, for example extra animations beyond the animation pack, unusually large or disorganized footage, additional formats cut from separate footage, or rush delivery. Any additional fee is always communicated to you in writing and agreed before the extra work is done. Nothing is added without your approval.

Payments

Work is invoiced monthly. At the beginning of each month I send one invoice covering all projects delivered in the previous month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, via [Wise / Stripe / PayPal].

If an invoice is not paid within 7 days, I do not start any new projects for you and I do not carry out any revisions until the invoice is paid in full.

Partnership plans and prepaid packages are paid in full upfront, as soon as the terms are agreed and before any files are sent. Work on them starts after payment is received.

Finished videos are delivered as each project is completed. Usage rights pass to you after full payment (see Your footage and rights).

Monthly partnership

Commit to at least 20 videos a month and get 10% off the base price. Commit to 30 or more and get 15% off. Partnership plans are paid in full upfront when the terms are agreed, before any files are sent, and then monthly in advance. Unused videos do not carry over, and the discount applies to the base price only: add-ons are charged at standard rates. Either side can end the plan with [30] days' notice.

Free first edit

Every new client gets a first edit free, with the full package including animations. The scope is agreed in advance, there is one free edit per client, and there is no obligation to continue working together.

AI-generated content and virtual staging

I may use AI tools for animations and virtual staging. AI-staged or AI-animated visuals are illustrative and must not misrepresent the condition of a property. You are responsible for any disclosure required by your MLS, local regulations or advertising rules, and for reviewing the final video before publishing it.

Your footage and rights

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use all footage, music, logos and any people or properties shown in the material you send. For music you supply, you hold the licence. After full payment you receive full usage rights to the final video. I may show finished work in my portfolio unless you tell me in writing not to.

Responsibility for content

The person who sends the files is solely responsible for their content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible, legally or otherwise, for the footage, music, images or any other material you provide, and I do not review it for legality, accuracy, ownership or consent. By sending files, you confirm that you are entitled to send them for editing.

Confidentiality and file handling

Your footage is used only for your project. It may be processed by the editing software, cloud storage and AI services needed to produce it, and it is not shared for any other purpose.

File retention

Files you send are kept for at least 14 days and at most 30 days after delivery, so there is time for revisions and follow-up changes. After that they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, unless we have agreed a longer storage period in advance. Please keep your own copies of all footage and final files.

Communication

I reply to messages within a few hours on business days. Briefs and revision requests work best by email, so everything stays in one place.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel before work starts, there is no charge. Once work has started, you pay for the work done. Delivered videos are non-refundable, but if something is wrong I will fix it within the included revision rounds.

Liability

I do my best to deliver high-quality work on time, but I cannot guarantee business results such as views, leads or sales. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project, and I am not liable for indirect losses.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by [the laws of Poland]. I may update them from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: hello@blynmedia.com.
